Breakfast time. Or any time.

Been using egg rings to make perfect poached eggs.

Fun. Ever try using them?

I use coconut oil to coat them and a bit in the pan too.

Shown here with avocado and almonds. On flatbread with organic butter.

Kitty and sheep are extra.
