Hi, I’m Katie Geddes. Spiritual Business Designer at Embodyart for 20 years and before that, Communication Consultant at Price Waterhouse.

I offer a Program + Mastermind called EmbodyFocus,. Half “focus management” (as opposed to time) — half decluttering system.

Too much stuff makes you feel choked. But clutter goes deeper into stuff jamming your mind, heart and soul. It leaves no room for you to breathe into who you’re truly meant to be.
Letting go takes courage. Courage is a kind of muscle — the more you use it, the stronger you get. The freedom on the other side is a world of magic. I call this process “Internal Decluttering.”
