An impromptu jaunt to lovely Piermont with my charming friend, brilliant ad man Richard Kaufman, was a welcome adventure on this absolutely perfectly sunny day.
Got to stick my feet in water, always a good thing. Piermont is just up the swankily redesigned Tappan Zee bridge next to Nyack, NY. It’s a beautiful Hudson River town with lots of great restaurants. Great day jaunt from the city. The famous Turning Point music cafe is there too, where I went several years back with Paul Triff when he played with bands there, notably the Desberados.
P.S. I’m a relatively recent iPhone adopter and it sure makes pictures easy and fun when you didn’t bring a camera along. Air Dropping them is awesome too.
