It’s an amazing truth that your body has a lot to teach your mind. It’s been studied and shown that when you put your body in a happy, powerful posture, you feel different. Which then leads to different behavior, different interactions and different results.
What have you got to lose? Except feeling yucky or frustrated. Not suggesting you stuff down feelings. Just saying you can genuinely change how you feel with the help of your own body.
