Flow is emotions snaking their way in and out of our beings.

It’s experiences coming and going.

It’s breath.

It’s how we process and react to people and events.

It’s the systems moving through our bodies.

It’s transitions.

I’m still high from this morning’s yoga session’s flow. Yoga is teaching me about flow in life. I’m learning to flow physically with insights thanks to my teacher(s) that go deep.

You have the opportunity to accept flow every day. Even if you feel stuck, the opposite of flow, you can live with that stuck feeling in flow by accepting it. I’ve struggled with flow. Letting go can be tough. The rewards of flow are nothing less than pure joy.
